Terms & Conditions
1. Scope & Completion
The project scope is agreed prior to production. Upon final delivery and full payment, the project is deemed completed and approved.
2. Revisions
Two (2) revisions are included. Additional or post-completion revisions will be billed separately, are subject to availability, and are not guaranteed.
3. Feedback & Approval
Client feedback is expected in a timely manner. If no feedback is received within 14 days after delivery, the project is deemed approved.
4. File Retention
Project files and raw footage are stored for up to 30 days after delivery. Extended storage or retrieval of archived material is not guaranteed and may incur fees.
5. Raw Footage
Raw footage remains the property of the creator (Luca Meinke) and is not included unless agreed otherwise. Delivery can be requested at an additional cost.
6. Creative Control
The creator (Luca Meinke) retains final creative control within the agreed concept. Requests that significantly alter the concept, structure, or intended message of the project (e.g. changes in tone, music, content restrictions, or removal of key elements) are considered a new scope of work and require a separate agreement and additional compensation.
7. Usage Rights
Usage rights are granted upon full payment as a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the agreed purpose.
Copyright remains with the creator (Luca Meinke).
Extended usage (e.g. advertising, third-party use) requires written approval and may incur additional fees.
The creator (Luca Meinke) may use the material for portfolio and promotional purposes unless agreed otherwise.
The client grants the creator (Luca Meinke) permission to use the client’s name, logo, and brand assets for the purpose of portfolio presentation, case studies, and marketing materials (including website and “trusted by”/"worked with" sections), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Client Responsibilities
The client must provide all relevant information and restrictions prior to production. Missing information resulting in changes may be billed as additional work.
9. Payment Terms
A 50% deposit or written confirmation secures the booking and constitutes acceptance of these terms.
If no deposit, confirmation, or objection is received within 7 days of sending these terms, they are deemed accepted in full.
The remaining balance is due within 14 days after delivery.
Late payments may incur fees. The creator (Luca Meinke) may withhold deliverables and/or usage rights until full payment is received.
10. Cancellation
In case of cancellation less than 14 days before the scheduled production date:
The deposit (if paid) is non-refundable
50% of the total agreed fee becomes due
75% becomes due if cancelled within 48 hours before production begins
These fees compensate for reserved time and preparation.
11. Liability
The creator (Luca Meinke) is not liable for indirect or consequential damages and does not guarantee specific results.
12. Force Majeure
No liability for delays or failure due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
13. Governing Law
Austrian law applies. Jurisdiction is Vienna.
By confirming the booking or proceeding with payment, the client agrees to these terms.
